Sonar - Additional Terms of Service

1. Scope of These Terms

Welcome to Sonar! Your use of the Sonar service is governed by the main WRIO Ltd. Ecosystem Terms of Service, supplemented by these additional terms ("Sonar Terms"). By using Sonar, you agree to both sets of terms. If there is a conflict between these Sonar Terms and the main Terms, these Sonar Terms will prevail for your use of Sonar.

2. Your Role and Responsibilities as a User

Sonar allows you to send communications ("Pings") to third parties ("Recipients"). When you do so, you act as a Data Controller for the personal data of those Recipients. By using Sonar, you explicitly agree and warrant that:

• Lawful Basis: You have a valid legal basis (e.g., explicit consent, legitimate interest) under all applicable laws (including GDPR) to contact each Recipient.
• No Spam: You will not use Sonar to send unsolicited bulk messages or spam.
• Content Responsibility: You are solely responsible for the content of your Pings and for honoring any requests from Recipients, such as requests to be unsubscribed or to have their data deleted.

3. Fair Use Policy

Sonar is designed for good-faith business and personal communications. We reserve the right to monitor usage and suspend or terminate accounts that engage in activity we deem to be abusive, such as an excessively high volume of Pings from a single account in a short period, or activity that generates a high rate of complaints.

4. Service Functionality

The features and functionality of Sonar are provided as described in the Service and may change over time. We do not guarantee that any specific feature will be available indefinitely.
